Phototherapy
We have both UVA and UVB phototherapy for various papulo-squamous disorders, vitiligo, uremic pruritus, atopic eczemas, urticaria pigmentosa  and cutaneous malignancies.
Treatment is given on alternative days with increasing doses after protecting eyes and genitalia.
Intense Pulsed Light Therapy
Intense pulsed light therapy has been used for unwanted hair removal in face, axilla, arms and legs. Patients are enrolled for a test patch on their hands and when there is no reaction, they will be treated with consequent increase in doses once in four weeks.
Nd YAG Laser
Nd- YAG LASER ( 1064 nm) has been extensively used in our department for Tattoo removal, Melasma and other pigment removal.
Electrocautery
Electrocautery and radio-frequency used for the removal of Wart, Molluscum, Dermatosis papulosa nigra, Seborrheic keratosis and Acrochordons.Â
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is used in Skin rejuvenation, Acne scars and to remove Tanning. It is a painless out-patient department procedure.
Iontophoresis
Iontophoresis for Palmoplantar hyperhidrosis, and special drug (such as methotrexate) delivery in Palmoplantar Psoriasis.
