Ms. Jenita Caren Rajakumari is a Speech Language Pathologist with a master's degree in Medical Music Therapy, and is proficient in singing & playing musical instruments such as flute and the recorders. She's currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Music Therapy and is a PhD scholar carrying out Interdisciplinary research among children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is passionate about teaching future music therapists & in working with children with special needs and has authored a book chapter which talks about 'Music Therapy for Children with Special Needs in the Indian Context'. Ms Jenita has been resource person in webinars, workshops & conferences and has conducted outreach programs in various settings such as schools for children with special needs, public health sectors, & colleges to name a few. She is also an active member of the publications commission of the World Federation of Music Therapy, representing South East Asia.

Bhuvaneswari Ramesh is an Assistant Professor at the School of Music Therapy, Institute of Salutogenesis and Complementary Medicine, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University, a Health Sciences University in Pondicherry, India. She has a Master’s in Medical Music Therapy and currently is a Ph.D. Research scholar in Music Therapy.  She actively practices music therapy, is a clinical practice co-ordinator as well as a supervisor for the students.  She has guided 6 masters students and many interdisciplinary studies with the medical and nursing fraternity. With an ardent interest in research, she has presented her work at the WCMT in 2017 and 2014 and has about 15 articles published in the areas that include pediatrics, gynaecology, ICU caretakers, neurosurgery, and palliative care. She has worked with varying clinical populations within the hospital and with geriatric population, children with cancer, children with special needs and the transgender community. She previously was the Assistant student delegate for Southeast Asia from 2014 to 2017 and serves as the regional liaison for South East Asia in the 2020-2023 council and continues to serve for the current 2023-2026 council of the World Federation of Music Therapy (WFMT). She has a fellowship in palliative care and is the Vice President of NAPCAIM, Pondicherry chapter.

Her qualifications include an MSc in Medical Music Therapy, a PG Diploma in Music Therapy (PGDMT), an MA in Music (Vocal), and a BA in Music (Vocal). With an extensive background in vocal music, her passion for integrating traditional Carnatic music with therapeutic approaches has been a cornerstone of her work. As part of her internship and MSc program, she gained valuable experience working in hospital and community settings, applying music therapy to diverse populations. For her MSc thesis, she worked with parents of children with cancer in a palliative care setting, an area that has become a significant focus of her professional interest.

Mr. Hari Prasath holds a Master of Science in Medical Music Therapy and currently serves as a Music Therapist and Tutor at the School of Music Therapy, ISCM. In his role, he is the onsite supervisor, guiding postgraduate students through their clinical music therapy practice across various departments and teaching theory classes to empower them with comprehensive knowledge of music therapy.

With an undergraduate degree in psychology, Mr. Hari's passion for working with children with special needs led him to focus his master's thesis on children with cerebral palsy. This research not only deepened his understanding but also solidified his commitment to making a difference in the lives of these children.

As a musician, Mr. Hari is proficient in electronic keyboards and guitar, holding graded examination certifications from Trinity College London.
