University Rank Medalist First to be awarded the Ph.D.in Medical Genetics, at MGMCRI,   SBV University, in 2015 and Completed B.Ed.., Science & English, from IGNOU, New Delhi in 2005 and graduated as ‘Outstanding’ .Completed my B.A., & M.A., English between 2004 & 2007, Annamalai University .Have 32 Copyrights to her credit. As SAHS Principal, running 16 UG & 6 PG programs with 815 students as strength including B.Sc. & M.Sc. Clinical Nutrition.Have been a resource person, presented papers and participated in more than 250 scientific events. Publications - Have more than 80 papers published in International, National level and reviewer in many International referred journals.Have been awarded nearly 21 best paper / poster presentations to name a few, the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Glasgow Award, Scotland, and United Kingdom International Congress of Society for Ethnopharmacology

I am Mrs. P. Lavanya, I have completed my Under graduate from Muthayammal College of Arts and Sciences, Periyar University, Rasipuram and got overallFourth rank  in Periyar University,Salem.I have done my Post-Graduation in M.Sc., Medical Microbiology at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. I have actively participated in various CME, Conferences, Workshop,Symposium National and International level conferences and presented the papers and posters during my UG/PG programme.Currently, serving as Assistant Controller of Examination in Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth. Previously, I had worked for three years as a faculty in Madha Medical College and Hospital, Chennai and six months as Assistant Professor in Sri Kailash Women’s Arts and Science College, Salem. I joined as a Tutor in Microbiology, at Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, MGMC & RI, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth (Deemed-to-be-University), Puducherry on 7^th May 2018. I have served as an Internal and External examiner for AHS/Physiotherapy at SBV and Pondicherry University. I have the honour in being appointed as an IQAC Task force member and overall co-ordinator for AHS, MGMCRI, SBV. I have to my credit five research publications in the field of development of Multiplex PCR for the diagnosis of MDR in Acinetobacter species. My research passion is towards Molecular biology and in emerging trends of Infectious diseases, which I plan to excel in my near future.
