Exam category  – minimum 25 cases

Non exam category – minimum 100 cases

  1. Age
  2. Sex
  3. Surgery
  4. Role – Assisted/under supervision/Independent.
  5. Post-op course – Uneventful / Eventful.
  6. Complication – Infection, Bleeding, Leak, Stricture, Obstruction, Others.
  7. Remarks – Type the outcome of the event, if the patient has been conservatively managed, Recovered, Diseased, Transferred, etc.
