On 26th of February 2020, the department of Oral and Maxillofacial pathology and Oral Microbiology had organized a special lecture for the undergraduates for the topic Stress Management – Helping Myself for the undergraduates. The resource person was Dr. R. Murali Naidu, M.D.S., Ph.D. and M.Sc. Sociology , Head of the Department of Oral Pathology, Rajah Muthiah Dental College, Annamalai University, Chidambaram. The lecture was emphasized with the objective to create awareness among youngsters about physical and mental health, overexposure to virtual screen, the real emotion behind being grateful and to feel sorry, importance of building a strong relationship and the way to find happiness within and be stress free.
