 
Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College,Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth organized 11 th National Conference on A Road Map For Successful Transformation Of Nursing Research on 16.06.2023 under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Punitha Josephine S, Principal and the Vice- Principal Prof. Sumathy P. KGNC. The registration process started from 8 am onwards which was followed by pretest. The Inaugural Ceremony was from 10:00am 10.30am. A welcome address was bestowed by Prof. Dr. Geetha C. Prof. Dr. Punitha Josephine S, Principal Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College, and the Organizing chairperson gave the conference overview. Our Chief guest Prof. Dr. S J Nalini, Principal, Faculty of Nursing, SRIHER (DU), delivered keynote address. A special address was delivered by the Guest of Honor Prof. Dr. Manoranjitham Sathiyaseelan, Professor, College of Nursing, Christian Medical College, Vellore. The Honorable Vice- Chancellor of SBV Prof. Dr. Nihar Ranjan Biswas rendered the Presidential Address. The Inaugural Ceremony came to an end by 10:30 am with Vote of Thanks Proposed by the Organizing Secretary of the conference Prof. M.Annie Annal.
The sessions were deliberated by eminent resource speakers from various Nursing Colleges across India, which focused on transformation of nursing research into evidenced based practices in the forms of publication, copyrights and patents. The Tamil Nadu Nurses Midwives Council has awarded 6 credit hours for the conference. A total of 212 Delegates across India attended the conference and got benifited Program ended by 5pm.
