"Faculty development program-Training in healthcare simulation” was conducted by MSC,MGMCRI & PediSTARS on the 16 & 17 th Feb, 2024 at the Medical Simulation center, MGMCRI. Thisevent was a collaborative activity as a part of the MoU between MSC,MGMCR & PediSTARS,India.Thirty delegates of various specialties participated in the FDP. The program was facilitated by 5 National level and 8 mentee faculties. Delegates upon completion received certification as Level I simulation educator. The FDP impacted the principles of simulation and provided hands on training to use Moulage, low and high tech simulaton for team training. The delegates were trained in setting up a sim station and the concept of debriefing. The program was well appreciated by the participants.
