 
 FDP- Training in Healthcare simulation  conducted by MSC; MGMCRI & Pedi STARS was attended by 26 delegates of various specialties from 21st & 22nd January 2023 at the Medical Simulation center, MGMCRI. Three National level and 3 mentee faculties facilitated the program. Delegates upon completion received certification as Level I simulation educator. The program was awarded 4 credit points by TNMC & 10 by SBV. The FDP impacted the principles of simulation provided hands on training to use Moulage, low- and high-tech simulators. The delegates were trained in setting up a sim station and the concept of debriefing.
