The Institute of Health Professions Education conducted the in-house faculty development program “Faculty Empowerment for Academic Training (FEAT)” for faculty members of the SAHS, KGNC, SOP & Physiotherapy. The details of the program are as follows. The programme was held in three phases:
Phase I: Identification of SNACS/SPECS was conducted 1 hour each day on 03.07.2023 & 04.07.2023.
Phase II: Identification of individual student learning needs was conducted 1 hour each day on 05.07.2023 & 06.07.2023.
Phase III: Implementation of support strategies was conducted 1 hour each day on 07.07.2023 & 10.07.2023 respectively.
