 
Shri Sathya Sai College Of Nursing has recently marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of its National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit, underscoring commitment to fostering a spirit of community service and development among its students. The program was organized by Principal Prof.Dr.Helen Shaji J.C., the convener and Mr.Dinesh M, Assistant Professor, Member Secretary of the NSS Unit. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of Prof. Nihar Ranjan Biswas, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of SBV, who had the honor of officially launching the NSS Unit. Adding to the significance of the event, Mr. Parthasarathy, the Village Panchayat President of Nellikuppam, attended as the guest of honor. He pledged his support for the NSS activities, particularly emphasizing the collaboration with Nellikuppam, the adopted village of SSSCON. The event concluded on a symbolic note with a tree planting ceremony, serving as a living tribute to the NSS Unit’s commitment to service and sustainability.
