                Postgraduate Orientation Programme on CoBaLT, EPAs, Academic activities, eportfolio and Reflections were conducted for 66 first year postgraduates of the 2022 batch between 23 and 24 November 2023 in Auditorium, Central Library, SSSMCRI by the Medical Education Unit of SSSMCRI. The postgraduates actively participated in an enthusiastic manner during the two days program cum workshop. They were trained in the principles of CoBaLT, EPAs and various academic activities like How to take an effective Seminar, How to do a Journal Club. How to improve their presentation skills and basic principles of Communication, Documentation, Ethics cum professionalism in Medical Practice. How to write a reflection in eportfolio, practice based learning were taught. They were also trained in creating e portfolio account and creating pages and journals in it. It was an overall interesting and well organized two days programme. Feedback was obtained via google forms. E-certificates were provided for the resource persons and participants.
