IGIDS As part of Code of conduct, Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth had conducted a program exclusively for the students of IGIDS on 28.11.2019 between 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Babuji Central Library, Ground Floor, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth. The program was coordinated by Mr. Varadharajan, Inspector of Police, Traffic North zone, Pondicherry who delivered a lecture on the topic “Traffic Rules”. The lecturer emphasized more on how it is important to obey and abide by the traffic rules. He also stressed on areas where the students usually bypass the rules and regulations of the traffic and also how to get along with the others in high traffic zone areas. He also emphasized that ego which is the prime factor needs to be avoided. They have given few pamphlets on road safety. They also finally advised the students to hold a Licence and the importance of wearing a helmet. The resource person was felicitated with a certificate and memento of appreciation.
