 
Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore, organized its first undergraduate conference on 3rd and 4th February 2107 at Dr TMA Pai International Convention Centre, Mangalore. A total of 64 undergraduate students from IGIDS comprising from first year to CRRI actively participated in the conference. The students were accompanied by Dr Bindu, Reader, Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics and Dr John Baliah, Senior Lecturer, Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, IGIDS. Two students participated in preconference workshop on 3rd February 2017. On 4th February 2017, the students participated in poster competition, paper presentation, movie making and Quiz competition. The students brought laurels to the prestigious IGIDS, SBV, by winning four best papers, Best overall participation and Best performance awards. The following were the winners of best paper and their respective titles.
