 
The literary and debate club conducted Ilakiya as a part of our intra college cultural from 20th to 24th June 2022. We are very proud to say that we conducted 14 events over the week. This year we introduced new events like plot twist, shark tank, sitcom quiz, spot poetry, movie reviewing, food criticising and meme making. We received enthusiastic participation from all the batches. The events were held from 4:30 to 8: 30 pm on all days of the week. We received active participation from all the houses, the judges for various events were our distinguished faculty members and some of our judges were external. The writing events were conducted online and the events were judged by our own faculty members who were very enthusiastic to read the entries sent by our participants. We received enthusiastic participation for the new events that we had introduced in which people took part actively and helped us conduct the event. Ilakiya came to an end on 24th April with our final event being the sitcom quiz, the event took place very smoothly and this wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the Dean Professor Seetesh Ghose, Vice Principal student affairs Professor Padmavathi S, Vice Principal Curriculum Professor Ganesh Babu , L and D coordinator Dr. A.N. Uma , Dr. Kannan R, deputy medical superintendent Dr. Swati and all the faculty members who took time and volunteered to judge events for their unwavering support.
