Diabetic foot is a serious problem in India, affecting a significant percentage of individuals with diabetes. It is estimated that 15-25% of patients with diabetes in India will develop foot ulcers, which can lead to infections, gangrene, and amputations. Improving diabetes management and prevention strategies are needed to address this issue.
