The soft skills of working as a team is usually ignored and not trained in regular curriculum a team the members work with mutual respect, shared responsibilities towards a common goal. Debriefing is a process of reflective learning.
The workshop was conducted to create awareness on the CRM principles, team dynamics and the method of debriefing. 6 Faculty from Allied Health science and clinical department of MGMCRI Candidates were the participants. Interactive lecture, Video based discussion & small group activity were the mode of the workshop delivery.
