The Department of Community Medicine, Shri Sathya Sai Medical College, and Research Institute conducted a Hands-on workshop on “Mobile-based data capture”, as a part of International Health Research convention- 2019 under the flagship of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) on 19/07/2019. Registration started at 7:30 am where 64 delegates were registered. After the inauguration function, Scientific session was started which was followed by hands-on training of the Epicollect Web portal and Mobile app which was facilitated by 12 trained facilitators. The workshop ended with valedictory function, where memento and certificates were presented to the resource persons followed by a group photo of the delegates, resource persons and the organizing team. As an immediate application of the workshop, the feedback of the workshop was obtained in Epicollect Mobile App. Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Prateek, Associate Professor from the Department of Community Medicine. The workshop ended at 4.30 PM with Tea and refreshments. The workshop went on without any hassles.
