SELF REVITILISING- Mental and Physical Well beingWEF SSSMCRI

The Yoga session started at 11.00 am 24th March 2024 by chanting OM mantra three times. The yoga master gave initial warm up session before going to asana for the flexibility of the body.He then focused mainly to provide pelvic muscle strengthening asana and movements,Various asana and rest postures were demonstrated and trained by the yoga master to the participants.It was really very effective and energizing session which went along for 1 hr.The session got end with OM mantra. He told all of us to practice asana daily at home either morning or evening.
