The Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Puducherry conducted a CME Cum Workshop on “DEAD TALES– AUTOPSY TECHNIQUES & EMBALMING WORKSHOP”. The Workshop was conducted on 02nd December 2022, at Dissection Hall, Department of Anatomy, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Puducherry. Workshop on embalming methods was exclusively demonstrated by Prof. Rajasekhar S.S.S.N., Additional Professor, Department of Anatomy, JIPMER Puducherry and Prof. Rathod S.N. Professor & Head, Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry. Good hands on training was given to the participants attended the workshop. The event was jointly organised by the Department of Anatomy and The Scientific and Academic Forum, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute. At the end of the event a feedback was obtained through Google form. The workshop session was coordinated by Prof. Prabavathy G-Professor, Dr. Anitha Nancy T-Associate Professor, Dr. Jayanthi S- Tutor, Mr. Ethiraj R-Tutor of Department of Anatomy and Dr. Joe David Anton J-Assistant Professor of Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology of Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Puducherry.
